Starting Your Application:
Before you initiate your process with Credentialis, it is mandatory to review and agree to our Terms of Service found in the service application. Should you find any term disagreeable, we kindly request that you refrain from applying for our services. Below is a breakdown of our terms:
General Terms:
It is your responsibility as a client to ensure that the institution or organization you are applying to recognizes our evaluations reports and to confirm the specific type of evaluation they require.
We urge all clients to familiarize themselves with the evaluation process and prerequisites by reviewing the information available on our website, www.credentialis.com, before submitting any applications.
Payments:
Please note that all payments made are only refundable for the next 24 hours after payment, except in instances of overpayment.
A $25 application fee is charged and is non-refundable if Credentialis decides not to proceed with offering services to you. This fee is waived if you choose to withdraw your application or fail to provide the necessary documentation.
Credentialis will not provide any services until we have received all necessary documentation and all fees have been paid in full.
Processing Timeframes:
The standard processing time outside of peak season is estimated at 2 to 3 weeks, provided that all documents and payments are in order. During peak season (March-August), processing may extend to up to 4 weeks.
For expedited (RUSH) services, processing times are between three to five business days, contingent on receipt of all required documents and payments.
If verification services for your file are required, the processing time will depend on the response time from the verifying institution. Credentialis cannot estimate a timeframe for both standard and rush processing under these circumstances.
In cases where additional documents are needed, they should be submitted within four weeks. Please inform us if more time is needed. If there is no communication for three months, we may cancel your evaluation request.
Concerning Fraudulent Documents:
Credentialis reserves the right to investigate and verify the authenticity of any document that raises suspicion of fraud, alteration, or inaccuracies.
Documents under investigation for authenticity by our office will not be returned to the client under any circumstances.
Privacy Terms
Our privacy policy outlines how Credentialis LLC collects, uses, and safeguards information provided to us when visiting our website or utilizing our services.
Credentialis gathers data necessary for evaluating and translating foreign educational credentials, as well as facilitating the ordering of our services, such as publications. The information obtained by Credentialis is utilized for assessing foreign credentials and delivering related services. In the process, we may share this information with other entities for various purposes, including verifying document authenticity, contacting relevant institutions, and complying with legal obligations.
