Translation Requirements

For the evaluation of academic documents, any document not originally issued in English must include a certified English translation. Translation is a distinct process from evaluation, and as such, incurs a separate charge.

Translation costs

  • Translation costs $25 for each page.

  • If you need it done quickly (RUSH), it's $35 for each page. Remember, both sides of a paper are counted as two pages.

  • If your document is very long or has lots of pictures, it might cost more. We usually think of a page as having about 250 words. We'll tell you the exact price after we see the documents in our office.
